How does ATHI fit with the therapeutic or coaching methods I already use?
ATHI is designed to complement existing modalities NOT replace them. The blueprint provides a structured way to identify underlying patterns and blocks that may be slowing client progress. Practitioners often integrate ATHI tools alongside all modalities in therapy, coaching or holistic methods. The tools and strategies can be used during a session or as homework.
How can ATHI help when clients feel stuck in therapy?
The ATHI blueprint provides structured reflection tools, behavioural scripts, and guided practices that help uncover patterns clients may not fully acknowledge or struggle to recognize for vulnerable reasons. This often helps increase openness and reduce defensiveness creating a clearer path for discussion resulting in behavioural change as they are implemented.
Can the ATHI tools be used directly with clients?
Yes. The program includes practical resources that practitioners can adapt for client use in session or as homework, including reflection exercises, journaling prompts, behavioural scripts, and structured discussion tools. The ART Projectives are very helpful to complete in session.
How much time does it take to learn and apply the ATHI framework?
The program is self-paced and ordered strategically, allowing practitioners to learn the framework step by step while integrating tools into their work with clients. Best practice is to take approximately one month for a Practitioner to review the Introductory Modules/Videos while concurrently completing an UnLock and UnBlock Protocol themselves.
Is the ATHI framework evidence-based?
The ATHI framework was developed from more than 25 years of qualitative clinical observation and practice in the mental health field. While the program incorporates reflective and spiritual elements, many of the tools align with widely recognized principles related to self-awareness, Cognitive based work, Mindfulness, spirituality, emotional regulation, and behavioural change. A two and a half year group was completed for research and development purposes as well as Focus groups for Practitioners and Individuals in the creation of ATHI.
Do I need to use the Chakra language with my clients?
No. The Chakra framework serves as an organizing structure for understanding emotional themes. Practitioners can adapt the language to fit the preferences and beliefs of their clients. We can help guide Practitioners in this process.
Can ATHI help improve client engagement?
Practitioners find that the structured tools help clients understand their patterns more clearly and allows them to participate more actively in the therapeutic process.
Will this program help reduce practitioner burnout?
ATHI provides a structured framework and practical tools that can help practitioners feel more confident when navigating complex client patterns. Having a clear roadmap can reduce the uncertainty that sometimes contributes to practitioner fatigue. The Practitioners are also free to use the course for their own growth and healing reducing the burnout they may experience.
Are there opportunities for ongoing practitioner support?
Participants have access to group Practitioner Group Zoom Coaching Sessions and community in the Private Practitioner Facebook Community.
Can ATHI be used in group settings?
Yes. The program includes detailed Group Facilitation Guides for the Chakra workshops and structured UnLock and UnBlock groups related to the specific blocks explored within the ATHI framework.
Is ATHI intended to replace professional training or supervision?
No. ATHI is designed as a complementary blueprint of tools that practitioners can integrate into their existing professional training and practice with a connection and support component to understand and implement the ATHI Program.

What is the ATHI SoulSync Program?
The ATHI SoulSync Program is a structured personal growth course designed to help individuals clearly identify the blocks and patterns impacting their lives, develop greater self-awareness, and implement the protocols and practical tools that support meaningful and balanced change. By the end of this program you will understand the patterns shaping your life, strengthen your ability to regulate emotions, and develop the tools to move toward greater alignment, confidence, and personal freedom.
Do I need to believe in Chakras or spiritual concepts to benefit from this program?
No. The Chakra framework is used as an organizing structure to explore common emotional and behavioural themes in life. The tools and reflections can be applied regardless of spiritual beliefs.
Is this program therapy?
No. The ATHI SoulSync Program is a Coaching based course personal insight, growth and development with educational components. It is not psychotherapy, psychological treatment, or medical care.
Who is this program best suited for?
The program is designed for adults over 18 who are interested in personal growth, self-reflection, and understanding emotional patterns in their lives. It is particularly helpful for individuals who feel stuck in recurring patterns and want a structured path toward change.
How is the program delivered?
Content is delivered through recorded video lessons, guided meditations, and printable written materials available through the Thinkific platform. Participants will also have access to group coaching sessions and an online Facebook community for support.
How long does the program take to complete?
The program is self-paced. Participants can move through the material at their own speed while applying the tools and practices in daily life. It is not abnormal to complete an approximate 30 day UnLock and UnBlock protocol take a break and then begin a new protocol as they are ready. The ATHI tools can also be used as stand alone strategies.
What kind of time commitment should be expected?
Many participants engage with the program for approximately 20–30 minutes per day for their first protocol that will include all of the introductory videos, although the pace and level of engagement are flexible. Once they move onto the second protocol and beyond it can be anywhere from 10- 20 minutes per day depending on level of engagement.
What results can participants and clients expect?
Participants often report increased self-awareness, improved emotional regulation, stronger self-trust, and greater clarity in relationships and life decisions. Individual experiences will vary depending on engagement and daily implementation with the practices that they have learned and are integrating into their lives.
Will my participation be private?
Yes. Participants can engage with the course privately. Joining the Zoom Coaching Calls and Facebook community is voluntary and not required for great outcomes. And it is possible to become comfortable over time and change your mind.
What if I have questions during the program?
Participants can submit questions through the course platform on Facebook and may receive support during Zoom Coaching Calls.
Is this program appropriate for all ages?
The program is designed for over age 18 and is appropriate for individuals who are willing to engage in self-reflection and personal development.
What happens after I enroll?
After enrolment, you will receive access on the same day to the course materials from the Thinkific platform. You can begin the program immediately and progress through the modules at your own pace.
